On October 14, 2009, at the same event at the University of Southern California where WeAreChangeLA had confronted former Secretary of the Air Force Thomas C. Reed on 9/11 war games and the threats of nuclear treason ( http://www.911blogger.com/node/21693 ), a conversation was struck up with Priya Vashista, a nano-energetics expert and USC professor. Vashista gave his version of a possible explanation for a spontaneous type of thermitic reaction involving the aluminum from the planes and rust from the buildings’ steel. After being asked whether he was describing what he saw as the potential for the formation of nano-thermite specifically, Vashista said that he was. It was clear that he had not been familiar with the “Active Thermitic Material” itself or the specific nano-tech qualities that it displays. However, in addition to openly stating that “many questions have not been fully explained,” Vashishta was quite open and thankful to receive the abstract from the “Active Thermitic Material” paper and said that he would be willing to comment on it after looking in to it. Although Vashista has not yet responded to an email sent on October 17, 2009 asking for an educated comment on the paper, Gregg Roberts, of www.ae911truth.org and one of the co-authors of the “Active Thermitic Material…” paper, graciously responded to Vashista’s statements in a clarifying and engaging manner.

Anthrax War – David Kelly.

British weapons inspector Dr. David Kelly was writing an expose about his work with anthrax and his warnings that Iraq possessed no weapons of mass destruction at the time of his death in July 2003, according to a report published in a British newspaper.

Kelly’s death — said to have been a suicide — has stirred controversy, as it came on the heels of testimony to the House of Commons about a memo which purported that Britain had “sexed up” a dossier on Iraq’s alleged weapons of mass destruction. A Parliamentary inquiry ruled that the death had been suicide, though it also included testimony from a former British ambassador who quotes Kelly as having said, “I will probably be found dead in the woods” if Iraq were invaded.

The new report says Kelly had spoken with an Oxford publisher several times about a book.

“He had several discussions with a publisher in Oxford and was seeking advice on how far he could go without breaking the law on secrets,” the UK Daily Express alleged.

Kelly’s computers were seized in the wake of his death. He was a signatory to Britain’s Official Secrets Act, which allows for the prosecution of those who talk to the press about state secrets and prescribes a more stringent framework for secrecy than in the United States.

According to the paper, “he was intending to reveal that he warned Prime Minister Tony Blair there were no weapons of mass destruction anywhere in Iraq weeks before the ­British and American invasion” and was also intending to lift the lid on a potentially bigger scandal, his own secret dealings in germ warfare with the apartheid regime in South Africa.”

The allegations of a potential Kelly expose come from a new film about biological weapons being debuted in London on the sixth anniversary of Kelly’s death titled “Anthrax War” (the documentary aired earlier this year on Canadian public television). Kelly was an expert in biological warfare agents, as well as a former United Nations weapons inspector in Iraq.

‘Anthrax War’

The deeper you look into the murky world of governments and germ warfare, the more worrying it becomes,” the film’s director, Bob Coen, is quoted as saying. We have proved there is a black ­market in anthrax. David Kelly was of particular interest to us because he was a world expert on anthrax and he was involved in some degree with assisting the secret germ warfare program in apartheid South Africa.

According to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation’s summary of the film, Coen “was raised in Zimbabwe where the former white regime has been accused of unleashing anthrax against the black population” [who] embarks on a journey that raises troubling questions about the FBI’s investigation of the 21st century’s first act of biological terrorism.

The underwear bomber’s Christmas Day attack has prompted calls for the increased use of full-body scanners at airports that would strip-search passengers down to their naked bodies.

So to protest the use of the so-called Nacktscanner (naked scanner), members of the Pirate Party in Germany organized a “fleshmob” of people who stripped down to their skivvies last Sunday and converged on the Berlin-Tegel airport. They posted a video of their protest to YouTube, with soundtrack provided by Muse’s song “Uprising.” The lyrics articulated their protest: “They will not force us. They will stop degrading us. They will not control us. We will be victorious!”

The protesters marked their bodies with a number of messages such as, “Something to hide?” and “Be a good citizen — drop your pants.”

One woman has the word “diaper” scrawled on her lower back with an arrow pointing to her underwear and the word “prosthetic” printed on her leg. The word “piercing” and an arrow point to one of her breasts. Another woman dressed in a beige sweater and flesh-colored tights wears a sign reading “pixelated.” (To address privacy concerns, security officials say the scanners can be programed to produce a blurred, pixelated image of passengers to protect their modesty.)

The full-body scanners use high-frequency radio waves to produce an image of a passenger’s naked body beneath clothes. Anything a passenger is carrying against the body — weapons, drugs or explosives — would be exposed. The scanners would also reveal the presence of prosthetic devices and breast implants.

As such, there have been privacy and legal concerns raised about the invasive equipment, particularly because it’s unclear if the scanners would be able to detect explosives hidden in body cavities and would therefore likely provide only minimal security.

German and Dutch authorities announced this week that they would be working together to test and possibly deploy full-body scanners in the two countries over the next year. The move comes in the wake of concerns that a would-be bomber was able to board a flight from Amsterdam’s Schiphol airport on Dec. 25 wearing packs of chemical explosives concealed in his underwear.

Although Amsterdam has been conducting a test pilot of full-body scanners since 2006, the armed passenger was not scanned by one of the devices before boarding his flight to Detroit. European Union regulations do not currently allow mandatory use of the equipment.

The scanners are currently being used in about 19 U.S. airports, though the Transportation Security Administration has plans to deploy about 300 more. The machines are used on a voluntary basis only; passengers can opt to have a full-body pat down instead of being scanned.

In the wake of reports that Explorer Scouts are being “trained in post-9/11 law enforcement methods“, a group of youngsters have been captured on video working in tandem with police in St. Petersburg, Florida, at a christmas fair.

We Are Change activists spotted the group roaming the streets during the parade, clearly wearing clothing adorned with police insignia.

When the group were asked what they were doing at the parade, the lead scout became extremely secretive about their association with the local police department and attempted to hide their badges and jackets.

The group described themselves as “very similar” to academy police, and told the activists that they were “looking for lost kids”.

“We are affiliated with them but we do not have the powers of police… we are a part of the department I guess.” the leader of the group told We Are Change, adding that they routinely ride along with officers on active duty.

The young girl seemed to back track after continued questioning, later stating “it is a volunteer organisation, it has nothing to do with the police.”

However, the squad of 14-19 year olds stood to attention, military style, when a police officer arrived on the scene, with lowly “green shirts” ordered to take the back of the line.

“If we went into Martial law or a state of emergency, they’re here to protect everyone else.” one of the other members of the group said when asked why he wanted to be affiliated with the police.

When asked if they had heard of the Hitler Youth, the at-first voluntary but later mandatory youth corps brigade that succeeded the Boy Scout movement In Nazi Germany, the scouts replied that they had.

Police officers in St. Petersburg refused to answer questions regarding the squad of scouts.

Browsing through the 9/11 archive i found some very interesting clips. They describe incidents on 9/11 and 9/13 with regards to alleged foiled hijacking attempts. The latest report speaks of four men and a woman and five men who tried to board airplanes at JFK and LaGuardia on 9/13 with fake ID’s, knives and pilot certificates who were arrested. Also there’s a report about a possible 5th group of hijackers on United Flight 23 on 9/11 itself.

Why did these stories disappear, and what happened to the suspects. That’s what i would like to know.

‘KopBusters’ filmmaker hails collective effort to ‘fight corruption’

A high-profile Texas drug prisoner is prisoner no more.

On Friday, Dec. 18, a federal judge in Odessa granted Yolanda Madden her freedom, allowing her to walk out of state custody for the first time in nearly five years.

Federal judge Rob Junell ordered Madden’s sentence vacated because the prosecution had withheld evidence that might have negated a key piece of material evidence, according to The Odessa American.

He added that neither the Odessa police nor the U.S. District Attorney’s office appeared to be involved in wrongdoing in the case. A retrial is possible in March, 2010.

The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation’s news and public affairs operations may not quite have caught up with Climategate, but the CBC’s Rex Murphy has. Most CBC listeners and viewers might be wondering what he’s talking about. Since the story broke two weeks ago with the release of emails from the world’s leading climate institute, there has only been one news report on the network and the only analysis item was on Anna Maria Tremonti’s The Current — a pooh-poohing academic from the United States who said there was nothing in the emails worth talking about.

Where has Quirks and Quarks been?

The radio network’s vaunted science show, Quirks and Quarks, has yet to even acknowledge the existence of scientific debate over temperature records, let alone the email scandal. As far as I can tell, not once in the history of the show has Quirks and Quarks’ host, Bob McDonald,  sought to explore the work of Steve McIntyre and Ross McKitrick–the two Canadians whose hockey stick deconstruction is now at the centre of a global science meltdown. 

While Quirks and Quarks did nothing, the world’s leading climate scientists spent a decade in behind the scenes debate over temperature data, squelching dissent and keeping mainstream scientists and media marching to the global warming official tune. Don’t you think that would be of interest? And how come Bob McDonald missed a decade of debate?

Instead of tackling the real science issues, this week’s edition of Quirks and Quarks–according to on air promotions–is going to focus on a side issue, the even shakier science of rising sea levels.

In a CNN segment airing today, Jim Acosta assures us there are no FEMA detention camps and Obama will not take away the guns of law-abiding Americans.

CNN continues its well-oiled propaganda campaign against the patriot movement with a segment on the Oath Keepers. CNN’s Jim Acosta profiles the organization’s founder, Stewart Rhodes, nearly a month after MSNBC attack dog Chris Matthews had him on his show and attempted to portray the Oath Keepers as a radical organization of crazed radicals that poses a threat to the nation.

Acosta is somewhat more gentle in his presentation, but the message is analogous to the one presented by Matthews — Rhodes and the Oath Keepers are dangerous, particularly in regard to U.S. military personnel. The CNN segment cites the Department of Homeland Security’s report on supposed “rightwing extremism” warning that veterans and active duty soldiers may fall under the sway of white supremacists — who we are told hate Obama because of his skin color — and dangerous anti-government militants.

In order to drive home the looming threat of the Oath Keepers, the CNN piece contains an interview with Mark Potok, propaganda minister of the Southern Poverty Law Center. Potok, who habitually makes the rounds on MSNBC and CNN, tells Acosta the Oath Keepers are “exploiting false rumors found on fringe websites” such as Infowars and Prison Planet (although Acosta and Potok do not mention Alex Jones’ flagship websites by name).

Acosta, however, does mention Alex Jones’ latest documentary, Fall of the Republic, which he characterizes as an “anti-Obama” film. In fact, Fall of the Republic downplays the importance of Barack Obama and documents his role as a front-man for the global elite and the bankster cartel. Acosta and CNN attempt to forge a link between Fall of the Republic and the Oath Keepers promise to obey and protect the Constitution, not a particular president.

At the end of the segment, CNN tells us there is “no proof” of detention camps or a plan by the government to outlaw weapons.

As Infowars and Prison Planet have documented on numerous occasions, there is indeed evidence of government detention camps. Legislation currently working through Congress mandates the establishment of “national emergency centers” to be located on military installations. As Steve Waston noted in March, the purpose of such facilities is to provide “temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster,” the expansion of which under FEMA is codified under HR 645, otherwise known as the National Emergency Centers Act.

In 2006, the Army Corps of Engineers awarded a contract worth up to $385 million to build “temporary immigration detention centers” to Kellogg Brown & Root, a Halliburton subsidiary. The camps were built for the Department of Homeland Security.

“The real agenda, just as it is with Halliburton’s gulags, [under the government's Rex 84 and numerous other programs is] to use the cover of rounding up immigrants and illegal aliens as a smokescreen for targeting political dissidents. From 1967 to 1971 the FBI kept a list of persons to be rounded up as subversive, dubbed the ‘ADEX’ list,” writes Watson. The ADEX list no longer exists — in recent years, it was replaced by a sprawling terrorist database that contains the names of well over a million Americans.

Fox News Channels chief political correspondent Carl Cameron shared his thoughts on a variety of issues including the attacks of 9/11/2001 with We Are Change Minnesota on September 14th, 2009 in the U.S. Senate office building. Citing warnings by numerous foreign intelligence agencies, pre-9/11 warnings from Arizona FBI agent Kenneth Williams and stating quite plainly that, Its really hard to make the case that the buildings just imploded without some sort of an accelerant, Cameron said were, right to bang the drum because we dont know, what really transpired on 9/11 and that, The unanswered questions are reasons to be skeptical.

Sharing thoughts on how his reporting on the Israeli art student spy ring and executive assassination squads (subsequently revealed by Sy Hersh) have gone nowhere, he explained, There are bad guys in the government. Black Ops and stuff does happen. He went on to share some insight into the inner workings of the news industry. Despite repeated acknowledgment of the unanswered questions concerning the events of September 11th, 2001, he declined to go on the record in support of a new investigation of 9/11 with the excuse that, every single thing I say has to go though media relations—referring to media relations as a, meat grinder. An astute observer might wonder if media relations was involved or if he personally felt it appropriate as debate moderator to outright insult Ron Pauls electability—asking, Do you have any, sir? during the 2008 Republican presidential debates.

Cameron, a notorious John Skull and Bones Kerry basher, seemed to revel in sharing an account of Nancy Pelosi calling Kerry a liar for having supported the trumped up claims that there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. Considering how Cameron was also the source of the allegation that Sarah Palin thought that Africa is a country rather than a continent, it seems that character assassination may be the name of the game.

Ironically, the conversation concluded with a reference to his encounter with We Are Change New York last year when he listened to their concerns at length but offered little to none of his own thoughts on the matter. He did, however, tip off the group to the nearby Phil Gramm. Come on guys, thats Phil Gramm why arent you busting his ass? He offered the following advice on confrontation: Yeah, and I mean seriously, simply you guys help your own cause, and Im not saying you need to be rude to the people who are on your team, but if they tamp it down a little bit, I mean I got jumped in downtown New York by a bunch of 9/11 truthers and I talked with them for an hour and its still out there on the web and the thing is if wed had a quiet conversation, they mightve actually gotten something out of me that wouldve been better than me just telling them, Im not going to talk to you.

Lets hope more workers in the news industry do what they can to help expose the unanswered questions about 9/11—if even to tip off the real reporters to opportunities to report on the real questions.

We support our soldiers and troops but we do not support the unlawful deployement of our soldiers on US soil, to “police” the Citizens… A clear violation of the The Posse Comitatus Act.

Section 1385 of Title 18, United States Code (USC), states:

Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.

Why and Who is permitting this “unamerican” precedent and violation of the law in Kingman?

More Evidence of Troops on the Streets: WeAreChange Ohio Investigates.

WeAreChange Ohio traveled to Newport, Kentucky to investigate the military checkpoints that appeared around the downtown area on September 6, 2009. Officially, this was done for traffic control purposes during the annual Riverfest celebration that is held on both sides of the Ohio River.

Military Police from the U.S. Army National Guard performed a series of tasks throughout the day, which included aiding the local police to close bridges across the river, and to reverse traffic along Monmouth Street in Newport.

Two Military Police officers were located at each corner of Monmouth from the Ohio River to 11th Street, while two Humvees were strategically placed to block traffic onto the Taylor-Southgate Bridge. One of the National Guard members indicated that there were also Marines in the area.

WeAreChange Ohio spoke with a thirty-year veteran of the Newport Police Department, who wished to remain anonymous. He stated that the local municipalities were desperately strapped for funds and that the city had been cutting back his division at the department.

While he welcomed the help from the National Guard, he recognized that funding was being systematically shifted away from local governments in favor of Washington.

A Question of Propriety

The soldiers from the National Guard were willing to talk to WeAreChange Ohio, and were very down-to-earth. They could fit into any suburban family setting. Their all-American demeanor made some of their statements even more chilling.

When asked if they would confiscate guns, shoot resisters in the back of the head, or throw people into ovens to incinerate bodies, the officers said that they were on duty to help the local police. Not once did they state “no.”

Sam Logulo of WeAreChange Ohio felt that the soldiers did not belong in this type of situation. “Police traditionally work with the citizenry,” said Logulo. “The military, their job is to kill and destroy.”

In the debate over the PATRIOT Act, the Bush White House insisted it needed the authority to search people’s homes without their permission or knowledge so that terrorists wouldn’t be tipped off that they’re under investigation.

Now that the authority is law, how has the Department of Justice used the new power? To go after drug dealers.

Only three of the 763 “sneak-and-peek” requests in fiscal year 2008 involved terrorism cases, according to a July 2009 report from the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. Sixty-five percent were drug cases.

Sen. Russ Feingold (D-Wis.) quizzed Assistant Attorney General David Kris about the discrepancy at a hearing on the PATRIOT Act Wednesday. One might expect Kris to argue that there is a connection between drug trafficking and terrorism or that the administration is otherwise justified to use the authority by virtue of some other connection to terrorism.

He didn’t even try. “This authority here on the sneak-and-peek side, on the criminal side, is not meant for intelligence. It’s for criminal cases. So I guess it’s not surprising to me that it applies in drug cases,” Kris said.

“As I recall it was in something called the USA PATRIOT Act,” Feingold quipped, “which was passed in a rush after an attack on 9/11 that had to do with terrorism it didn’t have to do with regular, run-of-the-mill criminal cases. Let me tell you why I’m concerned about these numbers: That’s not how this was sold to the American people. It was sold as stated on DoJ’s website in 2005 as being necessary – quote – to conduct investigations without tipping off terrorists.”

Kris responded by saying that some courts had already granted the Justice Department authority to conduct sneak-and-peeks. But Feingold countered that the PATRIOT Act codified and expanded that authority — all under the guise of the war on terror.

Feingold, the lone vote against the PATRIOT Act when it was first passed, is introducing an amendment to curb its reach. “I’m going to say it’s quite extraordinary to grant government agents the statutory authority to secretly break into Americans homes,” he said.

Police embroiled in violent battles with G20 protesters – Times Online

Anti-G20 protesters rampaged through the city centre of Pittsburgh tonight, smashing up shops and throwing rocks at police, as officers used tear gas and baton-charges in an attempt to bring them under control.

In riots which continued through evening rush hour, about 300 protesters were reported to have remained from an initial crowd of 2,000 in Bloomfield, Pittsburgh’s Little Italy.

Frustrated in their attempts to reach the venue where world leaders are meeting the crowd, many of whom wore face-masks and armed themselves with rocks, broke windows at fast-food restaurants, a BMW dealership and a bank in the area, about a mile from the fenced-off convention centre.

Police in body armour and armed with plastic shields threw pepper gas canisters to disperse the protesters, charging in to make some arrests.

Some reports also suggested that rubber bullets had been used, but police tonight confirmed that they had fired pellet-filled “beanbags” to combat the rioters.

“In response to having sticks, bricks and rocks thrown at them in the Shady Side neighborhood of Pittsburgh, police responded with bean bag rounds and dispersed the crowd,” Bill Crowley, an FBI agent, told the AFP news agency.

So-called bean bags – or flexible baton rounds – are fired from an officer’s riot shotgun. Pittsburgh police spokeswoman Diane Richard said they were “softer” than rubber bullets. “The police had sticks, rocks and other instruments thrown toward them so in defence of that, that was their way of dispersing the crowd. They had trash cans thrown at them, all kinds of different things,” she said.

Anti-capitalist protests have marked major gatherings of world leaders on the economy for years, sometimes turning violent and forcing summit organisers to use fortress-like security.

Earlier, police dispersed the 2,000 people who had gathered during lunchtime for a march. “You must leave the immediate vicinity regardless of your purpose,” officers said, and warned that gas and other “non-lethal force” would be used.

The main clashes took place in the Lawrenceville neighborhood. Protesters threw bottles and police responded by sending up to 10 canisters of tear gas into the crowd. The sharp smell of the gas irritated the eyes and throats of protesters, some of them vomiting as they ran.

“We have seen police use rubber bullets, batons and gas,” said Noah Williams, a spokesman for the anti-capitalist Pittsburgh G20 Resistance Project.

Leaders of developed and developing economies are meeting in Pittsburgh for a gathering to discuss how to improve financial reforms to avoid another global economic crisis.

PITTSBURGH – Authorities braced for scattered protests at dozens of businesses and organizations Friday, one day after riot police turned back hundreds of demonstrators on the first day of the Group of 20 summit, arresting nearly 70 people.

Police, in an overwhelming show of force, declared a Thursday afternoon march illegal almost as soon as it began, firing rubber bullets and canisters of pepper spray and smoke after small bands of anarchists responded to calls to disperse by rolling huge metal trash bins, throwing rocks and breaking windows.

Mayor Luke Ravenstahl commended police for their “swift decisions to send a message to the anarchists that we will not tolerate unlawful behavior,” adding there was minimal property damage as a result.

According to Pittsburgh police, 24 people were arrested during the day and 42 more were arrested overnight in the city’s Oakland section, where protesters and students thronged near the University of Pittsburgh. Police said six people were treated for injuries and other medical problems, including heat exhaustion and reaction to pepper spray; two people were taken to hospitals, but details weren’t available.

Protesters complained about the city’s response, saying their rights were trampled and that violence would not have broken out if police had allowed the marchers their say.

Jesse Ericson of the Pittsburgh G-20 Resistance Project, an umbrella organization of protest groups, condemned the city for a “bumbling and violent police action.”

The G-20 Resistance Project has encouraged “affinity groups” to protest Friday morning at companies that it says represent greed, exploitation, warfare and other social ills, with potential targets including banks, Starbucks, McDonald’s, grocery stores and a Marine Corps recruiting center.

Ravenstahl said police will be ready.

“We’ll continue to make sure our neighborhoods are safe,” he said.

Thursday afternoon’s march turned chaotic at just about the time President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama arrived for a meeting with leaders of the world’s major economies.

The clashes began after hundreds of protesters, many decrying capitalism, tried to march from an outlying neighborhood toward the convention center where the summit is being held.

The protesters clogged streets, banged on drums and chanted “Ain’t no power like the power of the people, ’cause the power of the people don’t stop.”

The marchers included small groups of self-described anarchists, some wearing dark clothes, ski masks and bandanas and carrying black flags. Others wore helmets and safety goggles.

The marchers did not have a permit and, after a few blocks, police declared it an unlawful assembly. They played a recorded announcement over a loudspeaker ordering people to leave, as well as ear-piercing sirens, then police in riot gear moved in to break it up.

Protesters split into smaller groups. Some rolled large metal trash bins toward police, and a man in a black hooded sweat shirt threw rocks at a police car from Charlotte, N.C., breaking the front windshield. Protesters broke windows in a few businesses, including a bank branch, a Boston Market restaurant and a BMW dealership.

Officers fired rubber bullets, pepper spray and smoke at the protesters and set off a flash-bang grenade. Some of those exposed to the pepper spray coughed and complained that their eyes were watering and stinging.

“The demonstrators were being aggressive toward the officers who felt it was necessary to utilize that kind of force,” Pittsburgh Police Chief Nate Harper said late Thursday.

At one point, officers surged onto the sidewalks and grabbed several protesters who had been shouting at them.

“That was ridiculous,” said T.J. Amick, 22, of Pittsburgh. “People were being grabbed if they just got too close to the cops. It didn’t matter what they were doing, what they were saying. They were just asking what was going on, and they were being taken off the streets to God knows where.”

In the Oakland section, police fired smoke canisters, pepper spray and rubber bullets on a crowd after calling for people to disperse, calling it an illegal assembly. About 1,000 police were on hand.

Police had let the crowd, a mix of protesters and students numbering about 400, remain for several hours before issuing the dispersal order. Windows in about a dozen shops, banks and restaurants were broken.

The National Lawyers Guild, a liberal legal-aid group, said one of its observers, a second-year law student, was among those arrested during the march. That man was released and was cited for failure to disperse.

Most of the 24 people arrested during the daylight protests were charged with failure to disperse or obstructing traffic. But four face more serious charges of aggravated assault, and two of those are also charged with inciting a riot, according to a Pittsburgh police news release.

Such street demonstrations have become the norm at world economic gatherings, including a G-20 meeting in London in April. The protesters here appeared to number fewer than 1,000, a fraction of the 50,000 that took to the streets of Seattle a decade ago at a World Trade Organization event.

The G-20 ends late Friday after a day of meetings at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center.

Russian Professor: Collapse Of America Could Begin In Two Months

Russian Professor Igor Panarin says that events are continuing to confirm his doomsday prediction first made over 10 years ago, that the United States will completely collapse like the Soviet Union before the end of 2010, and warns that the chaos could begin to unfold in as little as two months.

Panarin, doctor of political sciences and professor of the Russian Diplomatic Academy Ministry of Foreign Affairs, told journalists during the unveiling of his new book yesterday that President Obama has done nothing to forestall the fast approaching crisis and that it could begin to properly unfold in November.

“Obama is “the president of hope”, but in a year there won’t be any hope,” said Panarin. “He’s practically another Gorbachev – he likes to talk but hasn’t really managed to do anything. Gorbachev at least had been a secretary of a regional communist party administration, whereas Obama was just a social worker. His mentality is totally different. He’s a nice person and talks nicely – but he’s not a leader and will take America to a crash. When Americans understand that – it will be like a bomb explosion.”

Since 1998, Panarin has been warning of a future disintegration of the United States and the collapse of the dollar. The recent election victory for Japan’s Democratic Party is another sign that the economic collapse of the U.S. is imminent, according to Panarin.

“Today I received another confirmation that the collapse of the dollar and the US is inevitable. Japan’s Democratic Party won the election, and I’d like to remind you that its leader [Yukio Hatoyama] has the snubbing of the dollar among his economic plans. In plainer words, he plans to transfer Japan’s monetary reserves from US dollars into another currency. The move will seriously accelerate the dollar’s exchange slump as early as this November. Disintegration will follow shortly,” he said, adding that next year China would also begin to massively dump the dollar and that Russia would begin to sell oil and gas for roubles.

Panarin previously stated that the dollar would eventually be replaced with “a common Amero currency as a new monetary unit”, referring to the Security and Prosperity Partnership agreement between the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

He foresees the U.S. breaking up into six different parts, roughly along lines similar to those of 1865 during the Civil War, “The Pacific coast, with its growing Chinese population; the South, with its Hispanics; Texas, where independence movements are on the rise; the Atlantic coast, with its distinct and separate mentality; five of the poorer central states with their large Native American populations; and the northern states, where the influence from Canada is strong,” according to Panarin.

Longer term, Panarin predicts that the breakaway states will eventually be taken over by the European Union, Canada, China, Mexico, Japan and Russia and America will cease to exist altogether, as depicted in the illustration above.

Panarin blames the collapse on a “political elite that implements an absurd and aggressive policy that aims to create conflicts around the planet” and warns that increasing firearms sales in the U.S. are a sign that people are preparing for “chaos” in the aftermath of a total financial meltdown.

“In my opinion, the probability of the US ceasing to exist by June, 2010 exceeds 50%. At this point, the mission of all major international powers is to prevent chaos in the US,” Panarin concluded.

Examples of Top Down Demolition by Adam Syed

My thanks to Snowcrash for posting this video in a comment on the National Geographic thread. As we know, our anti-truth opposition loves to claim that the towers couldn’t have been demolitions because they collapsed from the crash zone on down, and that controlled demolitions “typically” start from the bottom. (Which WTC7 did, of course.) This was a demolition from February 2007 in France.

I don’t think it got much review in the truth movement; I say this because many in the movement claimed victory over this debunker talking point upon discovering this one:

The demolition at the top of the blog entry clearly is also a top-down demolition in that the wave of destruction begins approximately half way up the building and “pancakes” on down. Finally, the third example would be the recent demolition in China which features the banana peel style ejections characteristic of WTC1 and 2. (Notice how debunkers like to say: “No! The buildings DID NOT fall into their own footprints!”)
