“We Are All Connected” was made from sampling Carl Sagan’s Cosmos, The History Channel’s Universe series, Richard Feynman’s 1983 interviews, Neil deGrasse Tyson’s cosmic sermon, and Bill Nye’s Eyes of Nye Series, plus added visuals from The Elegant Universe (NOVA), Stephen Hawking’s Universe, Cosmos, the Powers of 10, and more. It is a tribute to great minds of science, intended to spread scientific knowledge and philosophy through the medium of music.
[deGrasse Tyson]
We are all connected;
To each other, biologically
To the earth, chemically
To the rest of the universe atomically
[Feynman]
I think nature’s imagination
Is so much greater than man’s
She’s never going to let us relax
[Sagan]
We live in an in-between universe
Where things change all right
But according to patterns, rules,
Or as we call them, laws of nature
[Nye]
I’m this guy standing on a planet
Really I’m just a speck
Compared with a star, the planet is just another speck
To think about all of this
To think about the vast emptiness of space
There’s billions and billions of stars
Billions and billions of specks
[Sagan]
The beauty of a living thing is not the atoms that go into it
But the way those atoms are put together
The cosmos is also within us
We’re made of star stuff
We are a way for the cosmos to know itself
Across the sea of space
The stars are other suns
We have traveled this way before
And there is much to be learned
I find it elevating and exhilarating
To discover that we live in a universe
Which permits the evolution of molecular machines
As intricate and subtle as we
[deGrasse Tyson]
I know that the molecules in my body are traceable
To phenomena in the cosmos
That makes me want to grab people in the street
And say, have you heard this??
(Richard Feynman on hand drums and chanting)
[Feynman]
There’s this tremendous mess
Of waves all over in space
Which is the light bouncing around the room
And going from one thing to the other
And it’s all really there
But you gotta stop and think about it
About the complexity to really get the pleasure
And it’s all really there
The inconceivable nature of nature
The full and devastating impact of England’s worst recorded day of rain was still emerging last night as tributes were paid to a policeman swept away by floodwaters while trying to save others.
PC Bill Barker was helping motorists stranded on a bridge over the Derwent in the Cumbrian town of Workington when it collapsed. His body was discovered hours later on a nearby beach.
The Environment Agency said that the flooding across the region was so severe that such an event was likely to happen only once in 1,000 years. The rainfall, on to an already saturated terrain, was the highest level measured in England since records began. Meteorologists recorded 314mm (12in) of rain in 24 hours and flood warnings remained in place across the North West of England, parts of Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
The bridge from which PC Barker fell to his death was one of at least four to be washed away. Cumbria County Council issued a warning to motorists and pedestrians to avoid using such crossings as they could be extremely dangerous. Hundreds of homes and businesses were evacuated, many of them ruined by floodwater and mud.

In a CNN segment airing today, Jim Acosta assures us there are no FEMA detention camps and Obama will not take away the guns of law-abiding Americans.
CNN continues its well-oiled propaganda campaign against the patriot movement with a segment on the Oath Keepers. CNN’s Jim Acosta profiles the organization’s founder, Stewart Rhodes, nearly a month after MSNBC attack dog Chris Matthews had him on his show and attempted to portray the Oath Keepers as a radical organization of crazed radicals that poses a threat to the nation.
Acosta is somewhat more gentle in his presentation, but the message is analogous to the one presented by Matthews — Rhodes and the Oath Keepers are dangerous, particularly in regard to U.S. military personnel. The CNN segment cites the Department of Homeland Security’s report on supposed “rightwing extremism” warning that veterans and active duty soldiers may fall under the sway of white supremacists — who we are told hate Obama because of his skin color — and dangerous anti-government militants.
In order to drive home the looming threat of the Oath Keepers, the CNN piece contains an interview with Mark Potok, propaganda minister of the Southern Poverty Law Center. Potok, who habitually makes the rounds on MSNBC and CNN, tells Acosta the Oath Keepers are “exploiting false rumors found on fringe websites” such as Infowars and Prison Planet (although Acosta and Potok do not mention Alex Jones’ flagship websites by name).
Acosta, however, does mention Alex Jones’ latest documentary, Fall of the Republic, which he characterizes as an “anti-Obama” film. In fact, Fall of the Republic downplays the importance of Barack Obama and documents his role as a front-man for the global elite and the bankster cartel. Acosta and CNN attempt to forge a link between Fall of the Republic and the Oath Keepers promise to obey and protect the Constitution, not a particular president.
At the end of the segment, CNN tells us there is “no proof” of detention camps or a plan by the government to outlaw weapons.
As Infowars and Prison Planet have documented on numerous occasions, there is indeed evidence of government detention camps. Legislation currently working through Congress mandates the establishment of “national emergency centers” to be located on military installations. As Steve Waston noted in March, the purpose of such facilities is to provide “temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster,” the expansion of which under FEMA is codified under HR 645, otherwise known as the National Emergency Centers Act.
In 2006, the Army Corps of Engineers awarded a contract worth up to $385 million to build “temporary immigration detention centers” to Kellogg Brown & Root, a Halliburton subsidiary. The camps were built for the Department of Homeland Security.
“The real agenda, just as it is with Halliburton’s gulags, [under the government's Rex 84 and numerous other programs is] to use the cover of rounding up immigrants and illegal aliens as a smokescreen for targeting political dissidents. From 1967 to 1971 the FBI kept a list of persons to be rounded up as subversive, dubbed the ‘ADEX’ list,” writes Watson. The ADEX list no longer exists — in recent years, it was replaced by a sprawling terrorist database that contains the names of well over a million Americans.
Stop MK ULTRA and all of its secret sub-projects!

President of the United States Barack Obama
Secretary General of the United Nations Ban Ki-Moon
United States Congress
United States Senate
United States House of Representatives
Respective Governments of Great Britain, Australia, Canada, France, Russian Federation, Amnesty International
Greetings from the Survivors of Project Talent.
We, the survivors of MK ULTRA and all of its sub-projects — Project Talent being one of them — are coming to you, the leaders of the free world, for redress. We request action on this matter post-haste, as we have waited long enough for our respective governments to take notice of our tortures, trials, and tribulations that were forced upon us as children by the same said governments.
We ask for recognition of all that was done to us, all that is still being done to us, and recognition of duties that we performed for our respective countries in the name of freedom and national security.
We request our files be shown to us. We request public recognition for all that was done and is still being done. We request apologies from same said governments. We request face to face meetings with the highest officials of our respective countries in order to discuss this matter on a personal level. We request Congressional hearings in the United States to address this subject. We feel this is very little to ask in lieu of what was done to us, and what is still being done to us.
You, the abovementioned, are the leaders of the free world. Please stand up and act like it.
The torture of children can in no way ever be condoned by any country for any reason. It is our highest wish to have a public announcement that these projects using children will be stopped.
Our resolve is beyond what any normal person could ever imagine, and we shall not stop until our grievances are dealt with.
We respectfully await your replies, if any. Fore, we contacted various government leaders separately in the past and have never once received a reply. Is this the way governments of the free world react to people like us?
We are not, as we have been told, “used goods”, to be tossed to the wayside when their usefulness has ended.

NEVER TRUST TOM BISCARDI – HE IS A CON MAN AND SCAM ARTIST.
I’m not saying the man who shot this footage is part of a scam. On the contrary, I think he seems genuine and that Biscardi has, as usual, glommed on to a local news story for his own promotional purposes.

Does Dauphin County Man Have Bigfoot Footage?
Dauphin County, Pa. – A Dauphin County man, who wishes to remain anonymous, says he may have caught images of Bigfoot with his flip-cam.
He says he was hiking the Appalachian Trail with his wife back in October when he came across what looked like a fort. He started filming, and says that’s when he started hearing strange noises.
“You can actually hear it go ‘huh-ah,’ like a monkey. I mean, deep in the lungs,” he said. ”I panicked. The sounds were loud and they freaked me out, to be honest with you. I told my wife we need to get out of here. There’s something up in these woods.”
When he got home, he saw a strange image on the video.
“Here’s this thing standing in the middle of the trail,” says the man. ”My wife said, ‘What is that?’ I said, ‘I don’t know.’”
The video has captured the attention of Bigfoot hunter Tom Biscardi. Tom is the CEO and Founder of the company “Hunting For Bigfoot.”
Tom says he’s passionate about Bigfoot, because he has had sightings himself. He showed us evidence which, he says, he’s collected across the United States. He says he found hair samples in Arizona, footprints from Texas, a mummified hand from Montana, and now new video from Pennsylvania.
“This is raw footage,” says Biscardi. “This is the real deal. You’ve got to understand, I’ve been doing this for 36 years, and this is the ultimate – to finally come across one of these beasts. And here it is roaming up in these mountains.”
Tom and his crew searched the area where the video was shot Sunday afternoon. Tom says he plans on proving Bigfoot exists by capturing one.
Mobilizy, the company from Salzburg, that brought us one of the world’s first Augmented Reality browsers, Wikitude, just released a major upgrade which crosses that significant line between technology and its effects in the ‘real’ world. Their idea was to build a virtual memorial in remembrance of the 9/11 attacks in the U.S. and the destruction of the World Trade Center in New York City. The result will be the ability to point their Android and iPhone application at the place where the World Trade Center once stood and witness a 3D rendering of the Twin Towers, once more.
This may well appear at first to be an unwise, and possibly disrespectful, idea. However, Philipp Breuss-Schneeweis, one of Wikitude’s founders, was actually in New York during the attacks. He says the idea of reviving the World Trade Center within the Wikitude World Browser 3D was a personal one. He obviously feels it’s going to be received as a respectful remembrance, not as a slight on the memory of those who died.
The effect was made possible by upgrading Wikitude’s Android App to 3D and it’s newly released iPhone app, out today (here from iTunes in the US only). From now on anyone in New York, using an AR enabled mobile phone, has the ability to see a virtual World Trade Center through the phone’s display. Wikitude demo shows how a “Memorial of light” at Ground Zero could be the next-generation of ‘virtual’ memorials. View a full video demonstration of this after the jump.
