Sibel Edmonds testified under oath August 8, 2009. Below are links to four video clips and transcript portions related to her testimony regarding 9/11 and nuclear trafficking:
1) Sibel Edmonds Deposition Video Clip: State Secrets Gag Order http://wp.me/piSn2-dS
This segment covers her testimony regarding former Attorney General John Ashcroft claim of State Secrets to justify placing two gag orders on her. The first gag order was in response to her First Amendment case, the second when she was subpoenaed by 9/11 families regarding her knowledge of Saudi institutions and Al Qaeda financing.
2) Sibel Edmonds Deposition Video Clip: Nuclear Trafficking- US & Turkish Officials & RAND http://wp.me/piSn2-dZ
This segment covers her testimony regarding the involvement of US and Turkish officials in a nuclear trafficking network, and the outing of Brewster Jennings as a CIA front company which was investigating them.
This segment covers her testimony regarding Behrooz Sarshar, an FBI translator who Edmonds took to the FBI’s Inspector General and the 9/11 Commission; Sarshar had personal knowledge that the “FBI received information in April 2001 from a reliable Iranian intelligence asset that Osama bin Ladin was planning attacks on four to five cities with planes. Some of the people were already in the country, and the attacks would happen in a few months.”
4) Sibel Edmonds Deposition Video Clip: ‘Cold War Is Not Over’ http://wp.me/piSn2-e8
This segment covers her testimony regarding US and Turkish government officials and other entities engagement in “… practices and policies that were inimical to American interests and had, in fact, resulted in both the direct and indirect loss of American lives.” To summarize this, Edmonds says, “The best way to describe it is Cold War is not over.” These ‘practices and policies’ include: CIA radicalizing Muslims for use in proxy wars contributed to 9/11; providing protection and aid, including US sanctuary, for Fetullah Gulan- a founder of radical Madrassahs; trafficking in nuclear secrets and outing Brewster Jennings as a CIA front company in Summer 01, when Marc Grossman discovered it was getting close to the nuclear trafficking network.
Message to Bank of America: I’ve decided to it’s time to take a stand against the banksters’ usury and greed! If our founding fathers were willing to sacrifice their LIVES for our FREEDOM, then I can certainly sacrifice my credit score and be willing to be sued. I’m staging a DEBTOR’S REVOLT!
For years, Ann Minch of Red Bluff, Calif., has carried a balance of several thousand dollars on her Bank of America credit card, making minimum monthly payments of about $130, sometimes paying an extra $50 or $100. She says she’s never missed a payment.
Bank of America rewarded her loyalty this year by repeatedly raising her interest rate, which reached 30 percent in July.
Fed up, the 46-year-old stepmother of two turned to YouTube.
“There comes a time when a person must be willing to sacrifice in order to take a stand for what’s right,” said Minch in a Sept. 8 webcam video. “Now, this is one of those times, and if I’m successful this will be the proverbial first shot fired in an American debtors’ revolution against the usury and plunder perpetrated by the banking elite, the Federal Reserve and the federal government.”
Minch announced that she’d be dumping Bank of America, refusing to pay off her credit card debt unless she was offered a lower rate. She explained that she’d been a reliable customer even though she’d lost her job as a mental health case manager. She said bank reps refused to negotiate her interest rate when she called them to complain a few weeks ago.
“You are evil, thieving bastards,” she said in her video. “Stick that in your bailout pipe and smoke it.”
The video made a splash online, getting links from all kinds of venues and garnering over 96,000 views as of Monday morning.
Minch told the Huffington Post she fulfilled part of her threat on Saturday, when she went to her local BofA branch and closed out her checking and savings accounts. She took her money (around $5,000, she said) and put in a local community bank. She brought printouts of web pages that had linked to her video, but a manager wasn’t interested in looking at them.
“No, we’re just going to let corporate handle it. In fact, I don’t really even need to talk to you,” she said she was told. Bank of America declined to comment when contacted by the Huffington Post.
Ed Mierzwinski, program director of the U.S. Public Interest Research Group, said credit card lenders had better be paying attention.
“Historically, powerful and arrogant corporations, often protected by lazy regulators, have ignored consumer complaints — now social media tools are leveling the playing field for victimized consumers,” Mierzwinski wrote in an email to the Huffington Post. “The old web 1.0 mybanksucks.com sites that no one found are being replaced with realtime viral outrage that will require big business to start treating consumers more fairly or pay the price.”
The credit card industry made a villain of itself this year by benefiting from billions in taxpayer bailout dollars and then thanking taxpayers by raising interest rates and minimum monthly payments, even on their good customers.
Minch said she hadn’t been paying much attention to her account — she didn’t even notice when her interest rate went from 12.99 percent to 25.49 percent in January — but that the more she read about the $700 billion bank bailout, the angrier she got. Still, the decision to stage her one-woman revolt wasn’t easy.
“When I finally made my decision about what I needed to do, it was scary,” she said. “I knew I was probably going to ruin my credit.”
Indeed. But Bank of America will be out $5,943.34. Minch shared some of her statements with the Huffington Post. Here’s part of a screen grab of her credit card account:
Minch sent Bank of America CEO Ken Lewis a letter demanding that he watch her video and get in touch.
“If you would like to collect payment for this account, it will be necessary for you to view my video and then contact me with your response,” she wrote. “The video will take less than 5 minutes of your time, which I know must be extremely valuable because of the gargantuan amount of money you are paid.”
Minch said that regular folks will continue getting “bent over” by the government and the global financial industry unless consumers take a stand.
“Tea parties and letters to representatives hasn’t done squat,” she said. “We need to form a cyber revolution.”
Kingman AZ Friday 18th 2009 around 4.45 pm Downtown on Andy Divine National Guard perfoming “police” duty, providing “security’ and directting traffic.
We support our soldiers and troops but we do not support the unlawful deployement of our soldiers on US soil, to “police” the Citizens… A clear violation of the The Posse Comitatus Act.
Section 1385 of Title 18, United States Code (USC), states:
Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.
Why and Who is permitting this “unamerican” precedent and violation of the law in Kingman?
In the debate over the PATRIOT Act, the Bush White House insisted it needed the authority to search people’s homes without their permission or knowledge so that terrorists wouldn’t be tipped off that they’re under investigation.
Now that the authority is law, how has the Department of Justice used the new power? To go after drug dealers.
Only three of the 763 “sneak-and-peek” requests in fiscal year 2008 involved terrorism cases, according to a July 2009 report from the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. Sixty-five percent were drug cases.
Sen. Russ Feingold (D-Wis.) quizzed Assistant Attorney General David Kris about the discrepancy at a hearing on the PATRIOT Act Wednesday. One might expect Kris to argue that there is a connection between drug trafficking and terrorism or that the administration is otherwise justified to use the authority by virtue of some other connection to terrorism.
He didn’t even try. “This authority here on the sneak-and-peek side, on the criminal side, is not meant for intelligence. It’s for criminal cases. So I guess it’s not surprising to me that it applies in drug cases,” Kris said.
“As I recall it was in something called the USA PATRIOT Act,” Feingold quipped, “which was passed in a rush after an attack on 9/11 that had to do with terrorism it didn’t have to do with regular, run-of-the-mill criminal cases. Let me tell you why I’m concerned about these numbers: That’s not how this was sold to the American people. It was sold as stated on DoJ’s website in 2005 as being necessary – quote – to conduct investigations without tipping off terrorists.”
Kris responded by saying that some courts had already granted the Justice Department authority to conduct sneak-and-peeks. But Feingold countered that the PATRIOT Act codified and expanded that authority — all under the guise of the war on terror.
Feingold, the lone vote against the PATRIOT Act when it was first passed, is introducing an amendment to curb its reach. “I’m going to say it’s quite extraordinary to grant government agents the statutory authority to secretly break into Americans homes,” he said.

The beast’s hairless, rubbery body and revolting features have drawn comparisons with the Montauk Monster, the still-unidentified animal photographed on a New York beach last year.
According to reports in Panama, the teenagers spotted the creature crawling out of a cave while playing in the town of Cerro Azul north of Panama City.
Fearing for the safety as it moved towards them, the youths claim they attacked the beast with sticks before throwing its lifeless body into a pool of water.
They returned later to take pictures of the corpse which were then posted on the website of the Central American country’s Telemetro television station.
The images have since bounced around various cryptozoology blogs, with several explanations suggested for what it might have been.
A hooked claw visible in one of the photos has been cited as evidence for the popular theory that the creature was a sloth that somehow lost its hair.
The so-called Montauk Monster provoked intense speculation when photos allegedly taken at the Long Island resort where it was washed up were posted on Gawker, the US gossip website.
It was variously identified as a dead dog, a disused film prop and a marketing stunt, but its remains have never been found.
Google has been displaying UFO-related logos on their home page over the last few weeks, with today’s UFO logo showing up on the anniversary of H.G. Wells’ birthday.
Eagle-eyed users of microblogging site Twitter claim to have unearthed the secret meaning of today’s “Google doodle”, a depiction of crop circles spelling out the Google name which has puzzled many users of the ubiquitous search engine.
In conjunction with today’s alien-themed logo, the official Google Twitter account tweeted a set of coordinates at around 4am, as well as a link to an image of the crop circle logo. As Twitter users noted in reference to the image, those coordinates indicate the position of the town of Woking and speculation began on the significance of the town.
As residents of Woking will attest, the West Surrey town’s affinity to UFOs lies in its position as the setting for the first martian landing in science fiction author H.G. Wells’ War of the Worlds, and moreover the author lived there for much of his adult life. With the 143rd anniversary of Well’s birth next week, Twitter users now believe they have got to the bottom of the mystery, concluding that the images (and tweet) are coded references to the upcoming milestone. User joshgjohnson noted, ‘this is a “lead-up” as was the Sept 5th logo’, an earlier Google doodle which depicted a flying saucer apparently in the act of abducting the letter ‘O’.
