Well I decided I’d rock out this Video of the Week with one of my favorite bands on the Austin City Limits Show.  Over the years I’ve watched Austin City Limits many times on TV.  I went to the Jayhawks ACL recording a few years ago in the Communications Building on the UT campus and it was nice.  There was even free beer.  At least I think there was.

Alex Jones visits with Jesse Ventura, who is working on a TruTV show dubbed ‘Conspiracy Theory’ and slated for a late fall release.

The former governor gives us a glimpse into his upcoming show, which will delve into and investigate various areas of ‘controversial history.’ Ventura won’t give away the episode topics, but does tell us that Alex will be part of the show, and that areas like 9/11 will be explored.

Examples of Top Down Demolition by Adam Syed

My thanks to Snowcrash for posting this video in a comment on the National Geographic thread. As we know, our anti-truth opposition loves to claim that the towers couldn’t have been demolitions because they collapsed from the crash zone on down, and that controlled demolitions “typically” start from the bottom. (Which WTC7 did, of course.) This was a demolition from February 2007 in France.

I don’t think it got much review in the truth movement; I say this because many in the movement claimed victory over this debunker talking point upon discovering this one:

The demolition at the top of the blog entry clearly is also a top-down demolition in that the wave of destruction begins approximately half way up the building and “pancakes” on down. Finally, the third example would be the recent demolition in China which features the banana peel style ejections characteristic of WTC1 and 2. (Notice how debunkers like to say: “No! The buildings DID NOT fall into their own footprints!”)

The video here — covered by Alex Jones on his radio show — simply provides more evidence much of the news is propaganda and nonsense — and the joke is on us.

CNN’s Charles Jaco makes light of a fake Scud attack during the Gulf War.

Even the foundation-supported FAIR — recipient of grants from the Rockefeller Family fund — reported that the Pentagon is intimately involved in producing the “news.”

In February, 2002, FAIR reported: “Even if the PSYOPS officers working in the newsroom did not directly influence news reporting, the question remains of whether CNN may have allowed the military to conduct an intelligence-gathering mission against the network itself.”

The Dutch newspaper Trouw and France’s Intelligence Newsletter reported in 2000 that several officers from the US Army’s 4th Psychological Operations (PSYOPS) Group at Ft. Bragg worked in the news division at CNN’s Atlanta headquarters, starting in the final days of the Kosovo War.

In the 1980s, officers from the 4th Army PSYOPS group staffed the National Security Council’s Office of Public Diplomacy (OPD), a shadowy government propaganda agency that planted stories in the U.S. media supporting the Reagan Administration’s Central America policies, according to FAIR.

“CNN has always maintained a close relationship with the Pentagon.”

In fact, the entire corporate media is a subsidiary of the ruling elite, as evidenced by the CIA’s Operation Mockingbird.

“Starting in the early days of the Cold War (late 40’s), the CIA began a secret project called Operation Mockingbird, with the intent of buying influence behind the scenes at major media outlets and putting reporters on the CIA payroll, which has proven to be a stunning ongoing success. The CIA effort to recruit American news organizations and journalists to become spies and disseminators of propaganda, was headed up by Frank Wisner, Allen Dulles, Richard Helms, and Philip Graham (publisher of The Washington Post),” writes Mary Louise for Prison Planet. “Media assets will eventually include ABC, NBC, CBS, Time, Newsweek, Associated Press, United Press International (UPI), Reuters, Hearst Newspapers, Scripps-Howard, Copley News Service, etc. and 400 journalists, who have secretly carried out assignments according to documents on file at CIA headquarters, from intelligence-gathering to serving as go-betweens. The CIA had infiltrated the nation’s businesses, media, and universities with tens of thousands of on-call operatives by the 1950’s.”
