A statement upon the object and Smith’s conclusions about the results of Project Magnet.
Then he goes on to discuss his study of the contactee cases and his findings regarding those he found consistent. Included is a discussion of his findings resulting from his contacts for the previous 2 years with the space people (off-world humans).
He discusses a) his theoretical universal physical constructs
b) his construction of a radio transmitter.
This is the radio he used that was equipped with a bipolar antenna with wire wound around each ferrite pole in a caduceous manner.
